Bamboo control at Kowhai Park, Whanganui

Large sections of the bamboo grove at Kowhai park iare to be removed by Horizons Regional Council from tomorrow, 1 December. This will address a potentially serious threat that the bamboo's root system poses to the stopbanks along the river.
