The Castlecliff Coastal Reserve Management Plan will guide the management of the Reserve for the next ten years and provide an outline of the Council's intentions for the reserve.

The Operations Asset Management Plan 2018 identifies and provides the required levels of service for  Council-managed community/cultural facilities and associated assets for existing and future customers.

The purpose of the Parking Management Plan is to identify how we will provide for and manage the development, distribution and ongoing management of parking facilities within our city centre environment.

The Property Asset Management Plan 2018 identifies and provides the required levels of service for Council-owned property and associated assets for existing and future customers.

The purpose of this plan is to outline a transparent and strategic process for the way in which we manage the council's property investment and divestment opportunities.

It also provides a framework for managing property investment risk.   

The Pukenamu Queen's Park Reserve Management Plan will guide the management of the reserve for the next ten years and provide an outline of the Council’s intentions for the reserve. Whanganui’s Queen’s Park is now known as Pukenamu Queen’s Park.

The Recreation Facilities Asset Management Plan 2018 identifies and provides the required levels of service for Council-owned recreational facilities and associated assets for existing and future customers.

The Transport Activity Management Plan (AMP) 2018–21 defines the transportation activity in Whanganui and sets out the rationale for investment in Council’s transportation assets.
