An infrastructure bond and inspection fee must be paid to the council before undertaking any building or development work that will, or is likely to, cause damage to council infrastructure assets.

<h2>How do I get my bond refunded?</h2> <p>At the completion of any building or development work, an application may be made for a refund of bond monies once any required repairs, and a subsequent Council inspection, has been undertaken. </p> <p>The issuing of a CCC for the building completion will sometimes initiate this process but please check with your building control officer or Building Control Administration for clarity.</p>
