The Whanganui East Pool complex on Tinirau Street has a 33m outdoor pool, learner pool, diving blocks, BBQ, picnic facilities, lawn area and significant shade structures. The complex is only open during the summer months.

Child supervision - Pool Alone Policy
Children under 8 must be actively supervised by a caregiver 17 or over. Actively supervised means watching your child at all times and being able to provide immediate assistance.
