Te Ngaru The Tide karakia and first service
Whanganui District Council, in association with Horizons Regional Council, invites the community to join a karakia before the very first Te Ngaru The Tide service heads out towards the city, Gonville and Castlecliff.
The karakia will start at 8.00am and the first service will depart at 9.00am. Bus rides for the week starting Saturday 18 February will be free on all routes, to celebrate the launch of Te Ngaru The Tide in Whanganui.
The Horizons team will be holding a stall at the River Market throughout Saturday, 18 February – you can pick up a free Bee card from their stall while stocks last.
