Whanganui District Council is planning to upgrade its parking meters to make them more efficient and user friendly through better technology. To help us do this, we're inviting the community to take part in a brief survey about how they use the current system and what type of payment methods they'd like to see on our parking meters.
The results of the survey will be used to develop the requirements for the system in preparation for when it goes out for tender.
The parking meter upgrade is expected to start in early 2020
