Te Pūwaha - South Mole Community Day

Join us at South Beach to learn more about the South Mole restoration works, from their importance to the success of the wider Te Pūwaha project, to the engineering expertise and environmental care guiding the process.

Guided 4WD tours will take you out to the South Mole where you will hear directly from project partners Horizons Regional Council, Te Mata Pūau, and contractors Mills-Albert Limited. See first-hand the precision of rock placement and learn more about how we are taking care of the local environment.
