This is my first term as an elected member, and I am excited to be a voice on the council for our district’s future. My wife and I have made Whanganui our permanent home.
I have a good understanding of our city, having been born and raised here as a local. After forty years in hospitality, I bring problem-solving and negotiation skills to the table, along with strong business acumen.
My focus on the council will be to support fiscally sound decision-making which puts our community first.
I am committed to bringing people together and finding common ground for effective governance. I am passionate about sustainable development, accessible public services and fostering a vibrant local economy. I will support our council to ensure public funds are spent wisely and to deliver tangible results.
