Kowhai Park playground to reopen

Wanganui District Council Senior Parks Officer Wendy Bainbridge says the Kowhai Park playground area will reopen to the public from midday on Thursday, April 16.

The playground and public toilets have been closed because of a sewage spill following heavy rain earlier this week. The toilets will also reopen on Thursday.
