Mayor Andrew Tripe opens the outdoor fitness park on 19 December

The final Community Link Te Hononga a Hapori(PDF, 2MB) for 2022 includes the return of the Whanganui East Pool for summer (the pool opens on Monday, 9 January), the official opening this week of an outdoor fitness park on the bank of the Whanganui River, a call for registrations of interest for upcoming Streets For People co-design workshops, and notice of the Sarjeant on the Quay’s closure in June next year in advance of the gallery reopening at Pukenamu Queen’s Park in 2024.
