Whanganui District Council’s transportation team wants our community to take care on early mornings as surfaces on city pathways can be icy

Community Link Te Hononga a Hapori(PDF, 3MB) this week includes an invitation to the Whanganui public to view progress on the Cooks Gardens velodrome track reinstatement project tomorrow, Thursday 15 June, from 11am (along with the opportunity to take away some of the old track timbers), a community message to take care on iced-up city pathways on frosty winter mornings, by-election voting information for a Kai Iwi subdivision representative on the Whanganui Rural Community Board, and a reminder that it’s now dog registration time.
