Deadlines for LIM (Land Information Memorandum) have changed for the 2025-2026 Christmas/New Year holiday period.
If you need a Land Information Memorandum (LIM) report before the 2025-2026 Christmas/New Year holiday period, please ensure your completed application and payment reaches us no later than 5.00pm on Tuesday, 9 December 2025.
Applications made after Tuesday, 9 December may not be processed before we close for the holiday period at 12 noon on Wednesday, 24 December 2025.
The statutory 10-working day processing timeframe for LIM applications will be suspended from 12 noon on Tuesday, 24 December until Friday, 9 January 2026 inclusive.
