Community Contracts supports the Council’s health, safety and well-being goals, through a process that sees community groups and organisations partnering with the Council to provide effective public services.

The funding round for 2021/2022 will be open from 1-31 July 2021.
When you are applying for the first time you will be required to complete an organisational application. This provides Whanganui District Council with information about your organisation / group.
Choose a username and password. Please keep this handy as you will need it each time your login.
Once you have completed and submitted your registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Please make sure you have the following information about your group or organisation including:
Login using the username and password that you created when you registered
Once logged in you will be prompted to check your organisational details – please update any information that has changes, eg new address, updated governance or policy information.
Complete your application. If you don't have all the information you need, don't worry - you can log back in a complete at a later date.
