Housing is available for older people with low to moderate
The Council owns 275 units in 16 separate complexes in different parts of the city. We have 234 single units (including three for people with significant disabilities who use a wheelchair) and 41 units suitable for couples. The units are available to those who can demonstrate limited financial resources, are retirement age and can live independently.
