For the 2024/25 financial year (starting in July 2024) the council is continuing its rates remission (reduction) that was put in place for the 2023/24 year to assist households affected by a significant increase in rates as a result of the 2022 property revaluations.

Exeter Crescent Reserve is located on Exeter Crescent in Springvale. It is a small reserve with trees to provide shade and a park bench.
