La Fiesta 2020

 La Fiesta runs annually every February/March in Whanganui.

Coordinated by the Women's Network, La Fiesta is a festival like no other. Its early beginning represented an annual celebration of International Women's Day [every 8 March] and has expanded to include a whole lot of fun, inspiration, motivation, and activities that encourage social connection.

This is the ninth year of the festival and is the biggest yet with around 90 events on offer across Whanganui, and even Marton!

There's something for everyone with music, movement, inspiration, cooking demonstrations, art exhibitions, and a whole heap of fun to be had. Lots of opportunities for folk outside of Whanganui to get some girls together for a weekend away.
