The Council has re-opened its public engagement on the Proposed Property Portfolio Investment Plan to coincide with public consultation on the Long Term Plan 2018-2028.
The Proposed Portfolio Investment Plan looks at managing property investment and divestment opportunities. We want to ensure our decisions and the financial returns from our investment portfolio benefit the whole community and future generations.
We are asking for your feedback on investment outside of our district; ways the Council could invest in or divest property and your views on specific properties that may be surplus to the Council's requirements.
If you were unable to provide feedback earlier this year, this is an opportunity to have your say. If you have already submitted, you do not have to contact us again.
The survey will close on Monday, 19 April 2018.
You will also be able to give your feedback to Council officers at the River Traders Market on Saturday, 7 April 2018. We will be there between 9.00am and 1.00pm.
If you have any further comments, or need to ask a question, please contact Leighton Toy, General Manager Property at Whanganui District Council firstname.lastname@example.org
